 There are enough trails scattered near the many campsites in the Foster Lake area to keep any hiker preoccupied season after season. The Willamette National Forest to the east is home to about 1,700 miles of trail. Many of these trails run through beautiful wilderness areas, while others are easy-access trails open all year. And for those looking to hike one of the most famous and longest trails in the country, access to the Pacific Crest Trail is only an hour and a half away.
